About the role

Join the team at Monelli' as a Casual Bartender in our vibrant Restaurant located in Burns Beach, Western Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious cocktails and beverages to delight our guests. Our bar operates on a casual basis, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, beers, wines and non-alcoholic beverages

Provide friendly, attentive and knowledgeable customer service to ensure a positive guest experience

Maintain a clean, safe and well-stocked bar area

Assist with stock management and inventory control

Comply with all relevant liquor licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol regulations

Support the bar manager and team with other duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role

Excellent knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Competent in cash handling and point-of-sale systems

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
