Neil Perry and Linden Pride’s new bar, Bobbie's, is seeking experienced Senior Bartenders to join our dynamic team.

Part of the Margaret Family, Bobbie's is an intimate, richly layered experience, serving as both a world-class cocktail bar and an intimate live music venue.

Martinis are central to the drinks list as well as a selection of riffs on classics and aperitivi. The menu is focused on a classic style of drinking, incorporating negronis and highballs.

Applicants must be highly motivated team players with strong knowledge and interest in food and beverage and must have a positive attitude to excel in this fun, fast-paced and convivial atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

2+ years experience in high volume, detail-orientated bars or restaurants.

Passionate and knowledgeable about food, wine, beer and spirits, ability to learn quickly, driven, hardworking and enthusiastic positive attitude and customer-service orientated, great sense of humour and good communication skills.
