As the Project Manager Major Projects, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of the Infrastructure Project element within the Priority Infrastructure Projects program. Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Extensive experience in leading and managing infrastructure projects, showcasing your ability to deliver results in challenging environments.
• Proven track record of managing changing project priorities, re-positioning subsequent projects, and engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Confidence in being the single point of contact and subject matter expert, handling new and unplanned infrastructure mandates with ease.
• In-depth knowledge of building and construction standards, legislation, and practices, ensuring compliant and risk-managed project delivery.
• Strong focus on maintaining governance and assurance standards, keeping infrastructure project decisions well-documented and auditable.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, enabling you to make informed project priority and sequencing recommendations.
• Proficient in developing and maintaining program/project master plans and schedules, identifying efficiencies, cost savings, and interdependencies.
• Financial and economic acumen to manage project budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with schedule and desired outcomes.
• Exceptional time management capabilities, driving on-time project success as a completer/finisher.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including executive-level experience in crafting relevant project artifacts.
• High-caliber stakeholder management experience, fostering trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and service providers.
