A celebrated Townsville based practice with strong roots within the public practice accounting profession is seeking either an in-house/hybrid/remote Intermediate or Senior Accountant to join their growing business services & taxation team.

The Role

Prepare financial statements and tax returns for all entities (excluding SMSFs).

ATO liaison.

BAS + IAS preparation.

Regularly communicate with clients from various industries.

Collaborate with Manager's and Partner's to ensure client needs are met.

Requirements

To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you should have:

2+ years of experience in an Australian accounting firm.

CA/CPA qualification (or willingness to complete).

Experience in preparing financial statements and tax returns.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.

Analytical and problem-solving skills to assist clients in achieving their financial goals.
