Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of SME clients across a range of industries
• Prepare IAS, BAS, financial statements, and tax returns
• Handle Div 7A, CGT, and FBT calculations
• Get involved in advisory work with client contact from day one (for seniors)
• Liaise with the ATO and ensure compliance across all client matters
• Maintain accurate client financial records
• Build trusted client relationships — or be trained up with strong mentorship

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm
• CA/CPA qualified or working towards (fully supported)
• Solid technical knowledge in business services and tax
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, eager to grow, and a team-first mentality
