Join an established Australian law firm in Sydney's CBD. Recognised for their award-winning work, this firm delivers expert legal advice to a diverse client base. With a strong presence across multiple practice areas, they are now looking to expand their property team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and independent Paralegal.

THE ROLE
As a paralegal your main responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and preparing legal documents end to end with minimal team support
- Tracking billable hours and preparing invoices in accordance with the firm's billing policies.
- Conducting legal research to support attorneys, including case law, statutes, and regulations.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to gather updates and assist with scheduling
- Conduct appropriate legal research depending on the matter
- Maintaining organized files and databases for each transaction.

ABOUT YOU
To be a successful candidate, you should have:
- Minimum 2 years leasing experience running matters end to end
- Excellent Communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Enjoy working autonomously
- Strong attention to detail
- A can-do approach to work
