What you'll be doing

Ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction

Coordinating and supervising the work of our bar, bistro and gaming room

Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Supporting the venue manager in the overall management of the pub

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar duty manager or supervisory role within the hospitality industry

Current RSA RSG and willing to get RMLV and Approved Managers Licence

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

More than likely 3 shifts, more hours can be provided if needed with Bar/ Bottle shop work.
