We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Crushing Plant All Round Operator to join our team at our Gillman site. This is a key role suited to someone who is comfortable taking ownership on site, operating a range of machinery, and supporting the efficient running of our crushing plant.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating excavators and sales loaders, along with a solid understanding of crushing operations and basic mechanical knowledge to help identify and solve issues on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate excavators and loaders to feed and manage crushing plant operations

Monitor plant performance and identify inefficiencies or issues

Assist with routine maintenance and minor mechanical repairs

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Coordinate with other site personnel to manage incoming and outgoing materials

Communicate clearly with management to report progress, issues, or improvement ideas

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience operating excavators and loaders (essential)

Experience working around or operating crushing plants (preferred)

Basic mechanical understanding – able to identify common faults or issues

A self-starter with a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
