We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor for a for a large manufacturing client in North Geelong.

Reporting to the HR Business Manager, your role will be to implement and deliver a range of HR initiatives which support the achievement of the HR strategy of the business.

To be considered for this role you will need the following:
• Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in operational environment
• Success Factors and SAP experience
• Energetic, intuitive, self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Lead by example to demonstrate a commitment to company values
