About the role

This part-time Sales Assistant role is an excellent opportunity to join the dynamic team at Sydney Cigar House, the biggest B&M retailer of premium cigars and accessories. Based in the heart of Sydney's CBD, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the overall operations of our stores.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience

Maintaining a well-presented and organised retail environment

Restocking and replenishing product displays as needed

Handling cash and card transactions accurately

Assisting with other store operations as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably within the luxury goods or tobacco industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse customer base

Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for merchandising and presentation

A passion for premium cigars and tobacco products

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
