The Opportunity

As a Part Time Sales Assistant, you’ll proactively support the Multi Site Manager in Store Sales, Operations & Team leadership, to consistently deliver profitable outcomes for the store. You'll lead on floor performance, ensuring operational excellence and create a collaborative team culture that aligns to our mission, vision and core values.

Key Responsibilities include:

Individual sales performance against all KPI's (Sales, IPT, ATV, Conversion)

Provide support to MSM to inspire a dynamic team, fostering a culture in line with Helly Hansen’s mission, vision, and core values.

Understand and communicate the features and benefits of highly technical product.

Ensure operational efficiency and inventory control to meet company benchmarks.

Execute visual merchandising strategies inline with Helly Hansen brand guidelines.

Provide accurate and timely feedback on product performance to optimise sell through.

About You

Excellent communication skills and demonstrated leadership qualilties

Ability to multi task

A willingness to build and belong to a high performing team

Happy to get your ‘hands dirty’ and do what needs to be done to achieve a desired outcome

You'll have a strong sense of ‘brand’. Confident in being a strong brand advocate for staff and customers alike

Required Experience

Demonstrated experience as a successful Senior Retail Staff member

Experience in fashion & accessories retail highly regarded

Experience in meeting and exceeding Sales targets and KPI's
