We have just landed an exceptional role for an experienced Project/Senior Architect to work with a leading multi-disciplinary design firm based in the CBD. The right candidate will need to have a minimum of 7 years' experience and will have worked on Multi-unit/ Mixed Use Residential projects.

This position is a permanent role focusing around long term succession planning for our client, as they look for future leaders of their company. Therefore our client is looking for a candidate that not only has the strongest of career records but is also looking for the opportunity to develop their management skills.

You will need to have proven project delivery experience and come into your own in the back-end of the project life cycle. Your passion for driving projects and teams will be evident as will your technical resolution skills and documentation co-ordination experience. Previous Revit experience essential. If you have a solid work background with high profile clients and are capable of running medium to large scale projects, from design through to construction, then we would be keen to hear from you.

Our client is looking for a candidate that not only is willing to succeed in this role but also wants to develop their career.

Salary on offer for the right candidate will be in region of $110k to $130k plus super. Other incentives include a bonus incentive scheme, an office cultural that provides work/ life balance and a clearly defined career path.
