Your day will be focused on coordinating clinical workflows, mentoring staff, and ensuring quality pharmacy services across diverse areas like cancer care, emergency, and rehabilitation. You'll provide advanced clinical expertise, lead quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. Balancing leadership with hands-on clinical problem-solving, you'll play a vital role in shaping a culture of excellence and safety throughout Darling Downs Health.
