About the role

Support a high-performing strata team with admin and client coordination. Work closely with strata managers, contractors, and accounts to keep portfolios running smoothly. This is a 14-month contract with potential to transition to a permanent role.

Duties

• Liaise with owners, agents, contractors, and suppliers
• Follow up work orders, insurance claims and invoices
• Prepare agendas, minutes and general correspondence
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable queries
• Provide general admin and team support

Skills & experience

• Strong administration or coordination background
• Confident communicator and relationship builder
• Skilled at juggling competing priorities
• Client-focused with a can-do attitude
• Industry experience welcome but not required
