Following the success of our first Gold Coast store, we are now opening a second location in Australia Fair Shopping Centre, total 9 stores Australia wide, and we’re looking for passionate Beauty Advisors and Sales Assistants to join the team from the ground up.

About the Role
As a Beauty Advisor and or retail sales assistant, you will guide customers through our extensive product range, offer personalised beauty advice, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive team that values creativity, product knowledge, and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Offer tailored skincare and makeup advice to customers based on their needs

Stay updated with the latest K-Beauty trends and product innovations

Conduct product demonstrations and assist with sampling

Help customers discover and understand new product lines

Achieve individual and store sales targets

Maintain clean, well-stocked shelves and organised displays

Operate POS and handle daily cash/balance procedures

Ensure every customer leaves with a positive, confident experience

Participate in training and development sessions

Work as part of a team to support store success

Requirements

Previous retail or beauty sales experience preferred (especially in cosmetics/skincare)

Passion for K-Beauty, skincare, and makeup

Friendly, confident communicator with strong customer service skills

High attention to detail and professional personal presentation

Flexible availability including weekends and holiday periods

Basic skincare and makeup knowledge required; beauty certification is a plus

Korean or Mandarin language skills are a bonus due to customer base
