About the Role:

As a Beauty Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience—helping clients discover premium skincare, cosmetics, haircare, and wellness products. You’ll bring energy, knowledge, and an eye for detail to every shift, ensuring customers leave feeling confident and cared for.

We have multiple retail locations across Sydney and are looking for talented individuals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience

Provide expert advice on skincare, cosmetics, fragrance & wellness products

Maintain an elevated standard of visual merchandising and stock presentation

Assist with in-store promotions and product launches

Ensure beauty areas are clean, organised, and inviting

Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales and service goals

About You:

Previous experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or pharmacy retail preferred

A genuine passion for beauty and wellness

Strong customer service and communication skills

Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented

Flexible to work a rotating roster including weekends and evenings
