In partnership with Rio Tinto, WorkPac has an exciting opportunity for Skilled Civil Operators to join a fantastic project. So, if you are a Grader, Scraper, Compactor or Excavator Operator located within SEQ or FNQ this is for you! ABOUT The Client/Region

Weipa operations in far north Queensland includes three bauxite mines, processing facilities, shiploaders, an export wharf, two ports, power stations, a rail network and ferry terminals.

Weipa is located 900km north-west of Cairns on the Gulf of Carpentaria and has been operating for over 50 years. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

With projects such as Dam Construction and Haul Road development and remediation, no two days will be the same! These roles will allow you to become a part of a busy Civil Project as a Final Trim Grader Operator. You will be operating 14,16,18 or 24H & M Graders. As a team member you will be working Day Shift ONLY on a 2/1 rotating roster. These are ongoing roles and are available for residential and FIFO candidates. Camp and meals with leading facilities provided.

Project duration is ongoing to the Wet Season, however opportunities to redeploy and continue your work will be extended.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Have at least two years’ experience operating Final Trim Grader (CAT16/24M), Scraper, Excavator, Service Cart or be Multi Skilled

Highly desirable - ability to work with GPS

Relevant RII for two or more of the above machines

Manual Drivers Licence & Right to Work in Australia

The ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol test prior to commencement
