Operate Across Two Critical Production Machines for a Fast-Growing Mining Contractor

Our client is one of Western Australia’s fastest-growing vertically integrated mining contractors, delivering full-service solutions across crushing, civil infrastructure, and haulage. Following their $210M acquisition of a major haulage contractor, they continue to scale across major iron ore projects with long-term work and a strong safety culture.

We’re now looking for an experienced Hybrid Dozer/Grader Operator to join the production team at the Wiluna C4 Iron Ore site. This is a dual role suited to an all-rounder comfortable operating both dozers and graders in a production mining environment.

About the Role:

Operating CAT D10/D11 Dozers for stockpile management, push work and clean-up

Operating CAT 16M Graders to construct and maintain haul roads, ROM pads and recovery areas

Blending, windrowing, and ground preparation across production zones

Supporting dig and load activities by ensuring floor levels and surfaces are safe and compliant

Conducting machine pre-starts, minor maintenance and hazard reporting

Rotating between machines as required by site supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience on D10/D11 Dozers and CAT 16M Graders

Nationally recognised tickets for both dozer and grader (RIIMPO308 & RIIMPO324 or equivalent)

Strong knowledge of safe operating procedures and production targets

C Class driver’s licence (HR preferred)

Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen

Available for FIFO ex-Perth with an immediate start
