Our client is one of Western Australia’s most dynamic and fast-growing mining contractors, following their $210M acquisition of a major haulage contractor and expansion into vertically integrated mining services, including crushing and civil infrastructure.

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Grader Operator to join the team at one of their production mine sites focusing on iron ore. This is a key role supporting haul road and production area maintenance using a CAT 16M Grader.

About the Role:

Operating a CAT 16M Grader in a production environment

Construction, maintenance and conditioning of haul roads, ROM pads and access roads

Final trim grading to spec, windrowing, shoulder work and recovery of materials

Working alongside other operators to ensure smooth daily production flow

Conducting pre-starts and reporting any defects or hazards

Maintaining high safety and quality standards in all work areas

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience operating CAT 16M or similar graders in a mine production setting

Competent final trim skills and solid understanding of haul road design and maintenance

Nationally accredited Grader ticket (RIIMPO324 or equivalent)

C Class driver’s licence (HR desirable)

Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen

Strong safety focus and ability to work as part of a close-knit site crew
