We are currently seeking a Customer Service & Social Media Assistant to join our fast-paced Online Team at Head Office in Capalaba. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
About the Role
This exciting position is at the heart of our guest experience and digital presence. You'll manage customer service across platforms—email, phone, and social media—while helping bring our beautiful designs to life through engaging content and product photography.
From crafting thoughtful replies to guest enquiries to styling flat lays and taking mannequin shots, no two days will be the same. If you love fashion, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy connecting with people through words and visuals—this is the role for you!
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage the Customer Service inbox, ensuring prompt, warm, and professional responses
Answer customer calls and resolve enquiries with confidence and kindness
Engage with our audience on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram & TikTok), responding to comments, messages, and mentions
Assist in creating content, including styling and photographing flat lays, product images, and mannequin shots for the website and socials
Contribute to styling notes, size guides, and blog content when needed
Support basic Shopify backend updates including products, collections, and tags
Maintain a high level of brand knowledge and awareness of online stock levels
Support the Online Team with creative planning, and promotional campaigns
Keep the workspace tidy, organised, and photo-ready
About You
A natural communicator with a friendly, polished, and professional writing style
Strong customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset
Experienced or confident in using Shopify, with strong computer skills
Highly organised with an eye for detail and a creative flair
Confident in taking product photographs and styling flat lays
Passionate about fashion, with a strong appreciation for the Kitten D’Amour brand
Able to work both independently and as part of a close-knit, fast-paced team
