Our client is a fast-growing Australian business with multiple branches looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead the team. Having been in operation for over 12 years, they understand the importance of consistently offering a high-quality service to all their customers.

The Role

This position involves overseeing day-to-day activities of the customer service team whilst ensuring excellent service delivery. You will:

· Lead, mentor and support the customer service team

· Resolve escalations and support complex customer inquiries

· Streamline processes to improve service delivery and efficiency

· Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience

· Effectively use CRM systems to track customer interactions and performance reporting

The Ideal Candidate

You are a confident and driven customer service leader with a strong understanding of what it takes to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You have an excellent phone manner, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, love leading by example, and are known for your work ethic and ability to motivate others. You’re not afraid to step up, take initiative and make decisions that improve customer satisfaction and team performance.
