About the role

Allure South Sea Pearls is seeking a fulltime or part-time Stock Controller - Bookkeeper to join their team in Subiaco, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's inventory and financial records, playing a crucial part in the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date stock records, including monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers

Performing bookkeeping duties such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports

Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

Liaising with management to provide financial insights and support decision-making

Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies

Providing administrative support to the wider team as required

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Stock Controller, Bookkeeper, or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices

Proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting MYOB software

Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience
