Stock Controller

Work Hours: 6am to 2pm
Start Date: ASAP .

Payrate: $35.00 PH

We're looking for a detail-oriented, safety-conscious Stock Controller to join our team and ensure our operations run smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Conduct accurate stock and cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity

Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies with precision and attention to detail

Update and manage stock data in Microsoft Dynamics or similar WMS platforms

Ensure FIFO stock rotation and monitor product expiry dates to reduce waste

Collaborate with Production and Planning teams to manage stock declarations

Operate forklifts safely (license required) and assist with vehicle loading/unloading

Maintain a clean, safe, and GMP-compliant work environment

What You’ll Bring:

✔️ Proven experience in stock control and inventory management
✔️ Proficiency with Excel; experience with WMS systems (Microsoft Dynamics a plus!)
✔️ A current forklift license (required)
✔️ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
✔️ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
✔️ A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to meet deadlines
✔️ A focus on safety and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment
