Accounts Payable Team Leader

Are you passionate about numbers and enjoy working with financial data?

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-paced organisation. This Full-time position is located at our head office in West Perth, a short 10-minute walk from Leederville train station.

The Role:

As an integral part of our small and efficient team your responsibilities will include:

Leading our team of accounts payable officers

Supplier invoice processing

Sending invoices for approval

Reconciling supplier invoice statements

Preparing payment batches

Other duties as required

The Candidate:

We require someone with extensive accounts payable experience and the ability to take on responsibility for a portfolio of work. You should be competent with Outlook, PDFs and have good general computer literacy.

We are looking for someone who can grow into the role of overseeing the payables team and manage the flow of invoices through the steps in our approval process and has the competency to resolve issues.

This role requires the ability to review your own work as much as prepare it.

Excellent communication skills and good computer literacy are a must.
