The Role:

You'll lead a small, close-knit Accounts Payable team:

• Lead, coach, and support the accounts payable team to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Partake/Oversee in AP processes including invoice processing, payments, vendor reconciliation, and month-end close.
• Monitor team workloads and distribute tasks to meet deadlines
• Review and approve payment runs and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help implement best practices.
• Assist with audits and financial reporting as needed.

About You:

• At least 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Eager to lead a small team to ensure business outcomes whilst able to be hands-on
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong excel skills
