About the Role

You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero supporting our Sales Team and clients. Your day-to-day might include:

Assisting in client onboarding and setup

Creating and coordinating proposals and presentations

Supporting project delivery and tracking milestones

Helping manage client communications and expectations

Working closely with our platform to troubleshoot, train and support

Bringing marketing know-how to make sure our story is always clear and compelling

What You’ll Need

A knack for tech – you’re quick to learn new tools and love solving problems

Great communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience in marketing or a strong understanding of marketing principles

Solid organisation and project management skills

A collaborative, can-do attitude

Bonus Points

Experience working with SaaS platforms or tech-enabled services

Familiarity with CRM tools or proposal software

Background in sales enablement or customer success
