Senior Digital Account Manager
We offer an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and driven Digital Account Manager to join our diverse and fast-growing industry leading digital marketing company located in Kew.
Are you looking for a career as an Account Manager within Digital Marketing, in a dynamic growing organisation?
We seek a candidate that is dedicated and enthusiastic about managing and growing digital client campaigns - AKA the LION/LIONESS whilst providing exceptional support to other members of the sales and account management team.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deep understanding of client business drivers
- Understanding of business psychology
- Able to express recommendations and develop clear paths measurable paths to success
- Acting as the main point of contact for the portfolio of online marketing clients, building a positive relationship as the representative for the company.
- Conducting strategy audits to identify further opportunities for your clients.
- Preparing monthly reports (with the super cool software we use) and make recommendations for ongoing improvements with the rest of the team.
- Analysing analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilise conversion rate optimisation tactics (i.e. A/B, split-testing etc) to squeeze as much ROI as humanly possible out of each dollar spent.
- Educating clients on our SEO and PPC (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads & YouTube Ads) strategy and tactics.
- Thinking on your feet and acting quickly.
- Providing an exceptional customer experience with the ability to turn a negative into a positive.
- Look, our ideal candidate will have an ‘I got this’ attitude...they will be solution-focused with proven track record in Account Management.
- Ability to recognise opportunity is critical, know how to create an opportunity our products adds value to the client, let's show them what if looks like/feels like/ sounds like.
- Report to senior stake holders effectively.
- Ensure your documentation, CRM’s and logs are up to date.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Phone sales experience - Highly Regarded can you sell on the phone with presentations?
- Desire for Growth and upward mobility in career and lifestyle
