The Role

An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our closeknit team in a permanent part-time or full-time position based in our waterfront office in Toronto.

At Petherbridge & Co you will have support and guidance being part of a team, while maintaining autonomy and taking ownership of your career. You will be face to face with clients and managing your own projects from the outset and will effectively be responsible for building your own small team.

About You

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience as a competent consulting engineer in the Australian market.

Strong commitment to teamwork and the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative problem-solving skills to continually find solutions to complex problems.

Experience preparing detailed design and documentation of roads, intersections, pavements, earthworks, and stormwater drainage.

Understanding of local government regulatory frameworks and statuary compliance requirements.

Competent and independent use of civil modelling software such as DRAINS and MUSIC.

Working knowledge of civil design software such as 12D Model and/or Civil 3D.
