We’re excited to offer new opportunities in our growing Client Experience team. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage the end-to-end leasing process while also driving the growth of our residential property management portfolio.

With autonomy to structure your day, you’ll be the face of leasing excellence—building trusted relationships with prospective tenants and landlords, conducting property viewings, converting leads, and ensuring a smooth client onboarding experience.

You’ll also work closely with internal teams (sales, property management, support), actively nurturing warm leads and delivering solutions that keep vacancy rates low and satisfaction high.

A Week in the Life

No two days are alike. You will meet potential renters hold open houses and private tours and offer personalised advice on pricing and how to make the property look its best. You will handle rental applications and make sure the transfer to the property management team goes smoothly. Keep in touch with our internal teams and check in on potential clients from our large list of renters.

  • Conduct property inspections and OFIs
  • Match tenants to properties to reduce vacancy
  • Provide rental appraisals and compliance checks
  • Use your CRM to track leads and conversions
  • Promote landlord insurance and ensure ad accuracy

The Successful Candidate

  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)
  • A valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with the resilience to bounce back from challenges
  • Confidence in using CRM systems and following up leads
