The Company
Our client is an award-winning Property Developer with a strong track record in delivering landmark residential projects nationally. The business is in a strong growth trajectory with a strong existing landbank and an appetite to acquire further sites in VIC.

Position Overview
Your role will be hands on and diverse and responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across your portfolio of residential communities (2-3 projects at a time at different stages), including managing staged release rollouts, managing at least one currently trading project and launching a new project to market. You will drive the project brand and place making initiatives, community events and partner with creative, digital, PR and media agencies engaged on key marketing deliverables. You will also manage budgeting and reporting requirement and achieve commercial results.

About You
You will have a Marketing related degree and prior experience in Property marketing, ideally within Residential Communities and with experience across the full life cycle of a project including launching a new project to market. Candidates from a home builder, a property agency will also be considered. You will require a current driver’s licence and own vehicle for project site visits.

Other key attributes required include:

• Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the Development, Sales, Finance teams.
• Effective communicator able to engage and drive relationships and outcomes with external agencies and suppliers
• Strong attention to detail
