About your new employer:

About the role:

• Working with the Head of the Commercial & Insolvency
• Advising lenders, borrowers, directors and creditors on complex financing arrangements and loan recovery scenarios.
• Draft loan and security documents, such as general security agreements and real property mortgages.
• Attend mediations and undertake litigation in Courts.

The ideal candidate:

• Commercial and Insolvency Lawyers from Associate level right up to Partner level. (3+ PQE).
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, with a strong academic track record.
• Meticulous attention to detail & excellent communication skills.
• Must have both front-end and back-end Commercial/Insolvency Law experience.
