On-Site Project Manager – App Dev, CRM, Marketing Focus | $40–$45/hr

We’re seeking an organised and driven Project Manager to join us during the final stages of an exciting app development project.

This on-site, part-time role (2× 7-hour days) is focused on leading project delivery, coordinating marketing rollout, and building new business partnerships.

About the Role:

Lead the final stages of a mobile app development project

Coordinate and manage a small team of overseas developers and marketing contractors

Develop marketing strategies to launch our products to a wide audience

Build and manage B2B partnerships and key outreach relationships

Manage and optimise CRM campaigns (ActiveCampaign experience preferred)

Love being organised and maintaining project management workflows (Trello, Monday.com)

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in project management, especially in digital/app projects

Strong marketing background and campaign leadership experience

CRM skills — preferably with ActiveCampaign or similar platforms

Familiarity with Trello, Monday.com, and Slack for team coordination

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently while aligning closely with the core team

Position Details:

Location: On-site (insert location or suburb here)

Days: Mondays and Tuesdays (7 hours each day)

Pay: $40–$45 per hour (depending on experience)
