Bobbie Charles Group, which encompasses Bobbie Charles Academy - a consulting company for female-led businesses and Bobbie Charles Clinics - an award-winning aesthetics business is seeking a part-time financial strategist to work beside our founder. This role is perfect for someone who loves simplifying complex economic concepts and empowering leaders through education.

What You’ll Do:

Beyond bookkeeping, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and educator:

Demystify financial processes: Translate spreadsheets into actionable insights, helping leadership make informed decisions.

Collaborative Bookkeeping: Manage Xero accounts, payroll, and BAS while explaining workflows to the owner.

Financial Management & Mentorship: Create cash flows and budget spreadsheets, and process invoices whilst empowering our Founder to level up her analytics acumen.

Co-create strategies: Partner on financial roadmaps that support business growth.

Experience Required:

5+ years’ experience in bookkeeping, financial management, or advisory roles.

Tech savvy: Xero and Excel are a must - SmartSuite or GHL is a bonus!

Teacher’s mindset: Patience and clarity to educate our Leadership team.

Certifications: Diploma/Certificate IV in Bookkeeping, BAS Agent registration.

Collaborative spirit: A calm, mature professional who enjoys connection.
