About your new role!

This role demands a strong combination of financial expertise, commercial insight, and project controls capability to support strategic decision-making and deliver optimal business outcomes

Supporting the Commercial Finance Manager and working closely with the General Manager, you will:

• Lead financial planning and analysis for designated investment cases
• Drive robust reporting, forecasting, and cost control processes
• Deliver insights that support informed, strategic business decisions

You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across the business, building a reputation as a trusted advisor and a direct contributor to performance delivery across our energy project portfolio.

About you!

• Experience in a commercial finance business partnering role, ideally within the energy or infrastructure sector
• In-depth understanding of the project lifecycles, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and contract management
• Proficiency in developing and applying detailed financial models to support robust commercial decision-making
• Demonstrated experience in project financial reporting and performance analysis
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders by synthesising complex data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights
