Payroll Officer & HR Administrator - Aged Care - Brisbane
We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Officer & HR Administrator for a small Aged Care organisation in Brisbane.
This is an opportunity to join a warm and welcoming aged care organisation and small close knit people and cultute team in Brisbane and help support the people who care for the most vulnerable.
Overview:
Reporting to the people and culture director
Full time, permanent role – part- time hours could be negotiated
Flexible with daily working hours (start & finish times)
Salary $93,000- $95,000 + super + NFP salary packaging benefits
Hybrid - 2 days a week working from home and the other three days in the head office in Brisbane city
Requirements:
2-5 years experience as a payroll officer desirable
Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
A collaborative spirit with a can-do attitude
Experience with CareSystems desirable but not essential
Previous exposure to Fringe Benefits/Salary Packaging
Someone who can work on their own initiative
