This highly successful manufacturer requires a Payroll Officer, based full-time in Brisbane.

Role: Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:

Provide administrative support across HR, and operations.

Manage and process weekly payroll in compliance with their Enterprise Agreement.

Managing and processing monthly salaried payroll

Maintain employee records and HR administration.

Assist with training coordination, recruitment, and onboarding.

Support workplace health & safety programs and employee benefits.

Ideal Skills and experience:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Certification or tertiary qualification advantageous, but not essential

2 years + experience in an end-to-end Payroll position

Strong systems exposure, SAP and Employment Hero or similar system experience highly regarded

High attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously and communicate well within a team

Strong understanding of payroll principles and procedures

Experience in payroll processing, preferably with Employment Hero / KeyPay Payroll.
