This is an office-based role where you will be in control of handling customer enquiries, processing sales and delivering excellent customer service on our extensive range or pumps and irrigation solutions.

We are seeking someone with strong sales and customer service skills and a background in agriculture, irrigation, machinery or manufacturing.

Experience / Qualifications

• You must be an Australian Citizen or have Permanent Rights to Work to apply.

• Sales experience and machinery/ irrigation component literacy very desirable.

• Highly fluent written and spoken English.

• Excellent phone / communication skills.

• High computer competency: Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel .

• Experience processing sales and preparing Invoices, Quotes, reading Price lists etc.

• You should be self-motivated, professional and goal oriented. Problem solving skills desired.

• Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.

Key Duties

Customer Sales/Service Inquiries – In Person, Phone & Email.

Preparing Quotes, Invoices & Purchase Orders.

Liaison between Admin and Production to progress sales completion

Providing office support to Operations Manager and external sales.

General Sales, marketing and related clerical duties.

Salary based on experience and qualifications. + Super.
