Snapshot of the Role
Full-Funnel Ownership: Paid media, lifecycle automation, CRO, analytics.
Creator Content Machine: Source and manage creators; scale UGC production through AI-powered content clipping.
Team Leadership: Lead a remote execution team based in the Philippines (media buyer, video editor, retention specialist, influencer coordinator).
Budget Responsibility: Manage and confidently scale daily spend of $100–200k, optimising based on performance metrics.
Growth Accountability: Present clear monthly reporting on CAC, LTV, MER and overall growth insights.
What Does Success Look Like?
Growth Metrics: Achieve and maintain an LTV/CAC ratio greater than 3, meeting clear revenue and profitability milestones.
Team Excellence: Build and lead a high-performing team that operates autonomously and consistently delivers exceptional results.
Lifecycle Mastery: Establish automated marketing funnels that consistently drive at least 25% incremental revenue through lifecycle channels.
Operational Impact: Confidently scale daily advertising spend to A$100-200k/day while maintaining key profitability benchmarks.
Strategic Clarity: Regularly provide actionable analytics and strategic recommendations that directly enhance Beard Capital’s growth trajectory.
You’ll Bring
8+ years’ experience scaling DTC or creator-led brands to A$15–75M revenue.
Proven experience managing Meta and TikTok ads, with annual spend ≥ A$2M.
Expertise in lifecycle marketing automation (Klaviyo, Postscript).
Demonstrated success in running UGC and influencer marketing programs.
Strong analytical skills, continuous experimentation, and rapid iteration.
Nice-to-Have: Experience with CPG launches, Shopify headless solutions, or managing remote teams in the Philippines.

Salary: Approx. A$220k base (commensurate with experience) + performance bonus (up to 30%).
