Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Manager & Bookkeeper to oversee financial and administrative functions across the group. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Financial Management
Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
Process payroll, superannuation, and staff entitlements in compliance with regulations..
Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing financial reports as directed.
Work closely with external and internal accountants and auditors to ensure compliance.
Office Management & Administration
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organisation.
Maintain records, contracts, and compliance documentation for multiple venues.
Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining staff records.
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to manage operational needs.
Assist with general administrative duties, correspondence, and document management.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in bookkeeping and office management.
Proficiency using Xero.
Strong knowledge of payroll, taxation, and financial regulations.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in hospitality is highly regarded but not essential.
