Your new role

You will be joining them on a Multi-Story Luxury Unit Development, complemented by a full site team that is well regarded, with the support of 2 high-performing Foremen and an experienced Safety Coordinator. You will take overall responsibility for quality, safety and coordinating all trades in delivering this D&C project. Scheduling and fortnightly programming along with maintaining site diaries and quality records using Procore will all play a part in this role.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered, you must have experience as a Site Manager on medium-rise unit developments, ideally with projects that are at least $10M+ with 6 levels or more. A current Open QBCC Builder's Supervisors Licence is essential, while knowledge of local trades and officials would be advantageous. What you'll get in return

Salary will be commensurate with experience, while a range between $170k to $200k package is a good indicator, possibly more, for the right person. This is a permanent role, joining a reputable builder, with long-term local work.
