Looking for a dedicated Procurement Category Manager in Property, eager to make their mark within the Professional Services industry. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Procurement team, making significant contributions to the growth and success, driving and owning the property category.

Description

• Develop and implement category strategies for property and facilities management.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure delivery in line with business expectations.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for increased cost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to manage supplier risk and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Lead contract negotiations to deliver value for money and mitigate risk.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice to the business on procurement best practice.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and systems.

Profile

• Demonstrable experience in property category management within a complex, regulated organisation
• Strong strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contract management skills
• Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across functions
• MCIPS qualification or equivalent experience preferred
