About the role

Exciting opportunity for passionate Cert III Early Childhood Educators or Trainee to join the close-knit and supportive team at The Kinder Garden in Renwick, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and education to children in our nurturing early learning environment.

What you'll be doing

Delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs for children aged 0-5 years

Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all children in your care

Building positive relationships with children, families and the wider community

Documenting children's learning and development through observations, portfolios and other record-keeping

Actively participating in team meetings, professional development and centre operations

Maintaining a clean, safe and stimulating learning environment

What we're looking for

A Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification

Or a passionate individual who is looking to gain a qualification in Early Childhood Education

Experience working in an early learning setting, either in a paid or volunteering capacity

A genuine passion for nurturing and educating young children

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team

A current Working with Children Check
