About this role
- Fixed term, full-time contract (June 30, 2026) with possibility of extension
- 1FTE (38 hours per week) working across Monday to Friday
The WAAMH Training Officer plays a pivotal role within WAAMH’s Training Team. Working under the direction of the Training Manager the position is responsible for ensuring that clear administrative processes are established and maintained such that co-ordination, planning, logistics and review of WAAMH’s training activities are undertaken professionally and effectively.
Selection Criteria to be addressed
Outline experience and examples where you have demonstrated:
- At least three years’ experience in an office administration role
- Certificate, Diploma, or higher qualification in a related area (e.g. Business Administration; Training and Assessment; etc)
- Outstanding customer service skills and capacity to respond professionally to enquiries
- Physically able to set up tables, chairs, projection screen and general training equipment
- Highly effective organisational skills with an ability to meet competing deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective interpersonal and team skills
