The role of VE Supervisor is to make our Visitor Experience one to remember.
Your key focus area will be the day to day running of the café and reception area. You will manage a dedicated team of Visitor Experience officers to deliver high quality café style food and beverages with a high level of customer service
Other key focus areas:
Membership sales, Retail sales and co-ordinating animal encounter bookings with Life Science staff.
Monitor and order supplies and importantly maintain accurate records.
Cash Handling, including end of day reconciliation and reporting.
Maintaining Health and Safety standards is essential.
You will need to lead by example and will be rostered into the day-to-day Visitor Experience team where you will be expected to deliver high quality service and co-ordinate the team to achieve the desired outcomes and completion of expected tasks.
Strong work ethic and time management skills are essential to this role where you will balance working within the team and your administrative duties.
Experience with POS or BOS computer systems is an advantage, but not essential as extensive training will be offered to the successful applicant.
