We Clad It is a leader in residential cladding across Victoria, renowned for delivering high-quality projects in Hebel, foam, carpentry cladding, and rendering. As part of our expanding team, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Supervisor to oversee the successful execution of multiple cladding projects. You will play a key role in managing on-site activities, ensuring the quality and safety of our installations, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to guarantee project success.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Scheduling: Work closely with our Leadership Team to schedule trades, materials, and resources for Hebel & Foam installation, Carpentry Cladding, and Rendering jobs. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects while adhering to quality standards.

Project Delivery: Lead and supervise the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, from design through to defect liability, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Client Liaison: Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their expectations are managed effectively and that they are satisfied with the progress and quality of the work.

Site Safety & Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all areas are compliant with Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements and are ready for trades to commence work. Ensure ongoing safety standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Control: Ensure all cladding and façade installations meet the specified standards, regulations, and client expectations. Perform on-site inspections to identify any potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

Record-Keeping & Reporting: Use our cloud-based job management system to keep a comprehensive record of all site activities, inspections, and progress updates.

Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (design, estimating, and on-site) to find cost-effective, engineered solutions for project challenges. Develop strong working relationships with external head contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination.

Health & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Travel & Site Coverage: Travel to job sites across Melbourne and surrounding areas to oversee and manage the delivery of cladding projects.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Manager with experience in residential cladding materials such as Hebel, Polystyrene, Rendering, and Cement Sheet Cladding.

Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of residential construction, with hands-on experience in cladding systems, including Hebel, Foam, Carpentry Cladding, and Render.

Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using software for project management and reporting. Familiarity with cloud-based tools is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate expectations and updates to both internal teams and clients.

Organisation & Problem-Solving: Strong organisational skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Independent & Team-Oriented: Ability to work autonomously while being an effective team player. Must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using mobile devices for navigation, inspection reporting apps, and email communication.

Certifications: Valid Construction Induction White Card and a current driver's license.

Additional Qualifications: Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings. Tertiary qualifications in construction or engineering are preferred but not required.
