About the Role

TRS Resourcing has been engaged to source an experienced Property Manager to oversee a premium residential portfolio in Melbourne. This role offers the opportunity to manage a well-maintained property portfolio within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of residential property management, including tenant relations, lease agreements, and rent collection.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring high standards are maintained.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Liaise with landlords and tenants to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.​

About You

• Proven experience in residential property management.
• Strong knowledge of South Australian tenancy laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.​
