Due to ongoing growth and success (they have recently secured their 3 largest projects on record), this well-established business is looking for an additional Fire Designer to join this busy and dynamic design and engineering team.

Looking For Candidates Who Are:

1. Responsible and accountable for their work and projects.
2. Highly self-motivated and passionate about their work.
3. Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
4. Experienced, with at least 1-3 years of recent experience in designing wet (sprinkler) and dry (detection) fire protection systems.

Ideal Technical Skills:

1. Familiarity with the BCA and Australian Standards, such as AS2118, AS2419, AS1670, and AS1668.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit , and applicable codes and standards
3. Experience preparing sprinkler, dry, and fire hydrant/extinguisher shop drawings.
4. If you hold a valid and current FSD certification and can sign off the design the role will offer a much higher salary package.
