Summary

CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a national commercial fit out contractor who have recently picked up a new project in Perth CBD for one of their national clients.

As a result, they are seeking a contract Site Manager for an 8-10 week period to come in & be the local point on the ground, working in collaboration with a national PM, for a mid May start.

The Role - Site Manager

As you'll be the main contact locally, we're looking for an autonomous Site Manager with a proven background delivering fit out or refurbishment projects.

Collaborating with the PM, managing sub contractors, labour / materials etc. and driving the programme.

The PM will frequently visit from the eastern states, however as you will be the local contact for the client / sub contractors, we're looking for someone well presented, who is tech savvy.

Paid for every hour worked - rate will align with experience, ranging from $65-70p/h + Super.

CBD based site, close to public transport.
