Are you a seasoned Site Manager or Structures Foreman with a proven track record in multi-level apartment construction? My client, a reputable construction company known for delivering high-quality residential projects, is seeking an experienced professional to step into a crucial role on a $10M apartment development in Melbourne's inner suburbs.

About the Role:
This is a contract opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to lead the structural stage and take the project into its next critical phase. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day site operations, managing trades, ensuring safety and quality standards, and driving the build through to program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities during the structures phase and beyond
  
  
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and engineers
  
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  
  
• Drive productivity while maintaining quality control
  
  
• Manage site documentation, reports, and scheduling
  
  
• Report directly to the Project Manager
  
  

What I'm Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager or Structures Foreman on multi-storey apartment builds
  
  
• A solid career history with well-regarded apartment builders
  
  
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-rise residential projects from structure through to completion
  
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
  
• Available to commence in approx. 2 weeks
  
  
• Must be Melbourne-based or able to reliably commute to site
