Location: Beverley Park, NSW

📍 Based in Beverley Park NSW | 🕒 Full-time Monday to Friday, shifts between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm with occasional attendance at events that may fall outside these hours.

We're on the search for a standout Enrolments and Relationships representative to join our head office team and help shape the early education journey of families across our centres.

About the Role:

You’ll be the go-to person for families - warm, knowledgeable, and ready to guide them through the journey from enquiry to enrolment and beyond. Reporting to the Group Head of Strategy & Business Support, you’ll follow up on tour experiences, manage waitlist applications, and support current families with their accounts and ongoing enrolments.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include managing a portfolio of centres by:

Creating Connections: Build lasting relationships with families through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, keeping clear and organised records.

Manage Enrolments: Manage the full enrolment lifecycle - enquiries, tours, waitlists, funding applications, transitions, and leavers across your centre portfolio.

Family & Centre Support: Provide friendly and accurate support to families and Centre Directors, handling complex queries, debt management, payment breakdowns, and funding claims.

Systems & Data Wizardry: Work across platforms like OWNA to streamline processes, track feedback, analyse trends, and support occupancy growth and family satisfaction.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate on initiatives that enhance the family experience, from their first interaction to their child’s first day.

Champion of Change: Help improve workflows and engagement strategies to ensure we’re always one step ahead.

What We’re Looking For:

A proactive tech-savvy superstar who loves systems, data, and spreadsheets.

An upbeat people-person with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a love for making families feel at home, and a drive to make a difference in the early learning sector.

Someone with a solid understanding (or willingness to learn) of CCS, ACSS, ISS, and childcare funding schemes.

A self-starter multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, admin-heavy, yet super rewarding environment.

Calm, solutions-focused approach to customer service, and a team player.

What You’ll Bring:

A vibrant, bubbly attitude and strong communication skills.

An expertise in handling admin, reporting, and relationship-building.

Administration or enrolments experience in an Early Learning setting (highly regarded).

A current WWCC and willingness to obtain a Police Check.

A valid driver’s licence and flexibility to travel if needed.
